Cooking time!

Livi likes to help out in the kitchen. Today, her job was to tenderize the pork chops, lay the proscuitto inside, then roll them and batter them. She loved it and has declared cooking to be 'her chore' to help with every day.

Having her help make chocolate molton cake for dessert didn't hurt her motivation either!

I post this because she is cracking me up with her need for feedback lately. You can tell she's pretty proud of her meal, when she sits down to dinner and before anyone has even had a chance to take a bite, she loudly states "OK, we are going to give me feedback on these pork chops. Let's go around the table". When we commented they were good, she then wanted us to specifically use her name with our feedback. Funny kiddos.
