Florida 2009 - Magic Kingdom

We spent Monday at Magic Kingdom. We took some advice I found online and high-tailed it over to Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain. These were rides recommended for 5-8 year olds. We were a little nervous about how the girls would react because they have never ridden rides quite this big before. We hated to pass up the opportunity for short lines though and I'm so glad we went there early. We only waited about 10 minutes per ride. The girls loved them! Livi especially liked the Big Thunder Mountain and Josie preferred Splash Mountain.

We had lunch reservations at Crystal Palace to meet Pooh, Tigger and friends. We didn't get to see Pooh (got tired of waiting, we had just missed his first pass when we sat down and the girls were ready to move on and ride more rides).

It was very hot and we left after making it about 6 hours (which is really good for us). We then drove to Cocoa Beach which took about 1 hour.
