I love 3 day weekends! The girls and I tye-died some shirts yesterday (my hands and Olivia's legs are still green). I didn't do the best job making sure that the color 'stuck' but they were happy and enjoyed doing it. Jason picked up some fireworks with the girls on Thursday night and some stuff for a little grilling. We stayed at home and just enjoyed being together.
The girls had a great time with the fireworks. There was one that Jason bought that was just beautiful. My favorite are the plainly colored ones (imagine that) that just look like glitter. The one he bought was just a cascade of bursts that got bigger and bigger. Olivia was sitting on my lap just giggling and trembling because she was so excited.
