Moving day was officially April 29th. That morning, we rented a UHaul that we planned to keep through the weekend. Jason's dad came up to help us put a floor in the attic of the new house but first we loaded up the truck and then went to closing on our home and the new home. Closing went pretty uneventfully. We found that we gained a piano, lawn chemicals, and a trailer with our lawn mower that we didn't know about. The afternoon through dinner time was spent putting a floor in the attic. Thanks so much for coming and helping us!
Saturday was the 'real' moving day. We were so very lucky to have people come and help us--both family and friends. I know that the people who came to help are all unbelievably busy and had at least 1 million other things they could be doing that day. We'd probably still be moving if it weren't for them. Thank you
